Drag-Out

This effect is very cool , i saw my host used it soo , i where searching for the tut x) ,, and i've made one myself .. soo enjoi tut,,roflxF

start by choosing picture.. i'll use this !



Then dublicate the layer by rightcliking the thumbnail at the layer list , like this :



Now go to .filtre>blur>radial blur[*]. And make the settings like mine , or switch the amount:



Now click ok , and you can ERASE away the face or te body. Like this:
