BEFORE & AFTER
STEPS
1. Start by opening the picture u want the effect to be on. Then make a new raster layer and fill it with this color #2AF2FE.
2. Now dublicate the picture > and set it to soft light. Then Duplicate it again > and go > adjust > Brightness and Contrast > Gamma correction > and do the settings like theese bellow > and set the layer as : multiply.
Voila, new effect.
