BEFORE & AFTER
STEPS
1. Start by opening the picture u want the effect to be on. Then make a new raster layer and fill it with this color #808080 > Set it to darken.
2. Now dublicate the picture > go to.. > adjust > Brightness and Contrast > Brightness/Contrast > And set the settings like theese bellow > Luminance :
3. Voila, new effect.
