First of all you have to go to Adjust > Brightness and Contrast > Brightness/Contrast > Do the settings as mine, and then copy the picture. After that Copy the picture you've added the effect on and click "Ctrl+Z". Now past the image "Ctrl+L" And set it to Overlay. Now you're done.
