Step 1 : Start By Choosing the picture u wanna use ;) . Then Make a new Raster Layer With this colour #ffffff , and set it to Overlay , 100% .

Step 2 : Then Make another raste layer ,and fill it with this colour : #E7A5F5 . and set it to darken , 100% !!,, doon :P
