STEPS
Start By Open a image u want a sharper look on. I choosed the one that u saw at the "transformation" part.


Use the selection tool() > and set it to > poin to point. Drag it around the first eye and click > adjusment > sharpness > sharpen more. Then to the same with the other eye. Here's the eye results:





Now go ove to the lips, and do the exactly same thing; drag the selection tool around the lips(if she/he have theets on the image drag it around them though). Here's the Lip/Mouth results (inc. the eyes):





If the person has ear-rings, you might drag around them though. Randomly this picture has ear-rings, soo here's the ear-rings results:
